Today Doddie Aid kicks off and gives us all the kick start we need after the indulgence over the Festive Period. Chilly conditions out there for the Loony Dook but Gayle & Garry from the team met up with friends Hazel & Gary Daniel at the local outdoor pool for their cold dip. Gary has lived with MND for 5 years and was able to laugh at the loonies from the comfort of the cafe inside - the hot cuppa afterwards was most welcoming by all!!
