Livorno to Rome

On the last day (well, almost), the team leave Livorno and heads towards Rome. They will arrive at the Stadio Olimpico in the evening to compete in this monumental challenge. Over the nine days since leaving Murrayfield, they will have cycled over 3000km and climbed over 23,500m (which is more than 2.5 x Mount Everest). If you follow the team on social media, you will get info on when they expect to arrive, and it would be amazing for those in Rome to come and welcome them.

The next day, the team will join the other 19 teams as they cycle to Piazza Navona, arriving at 17:00 (Come and join them for a wee drink or two; hydration is important for them after all).
